Promenade where to get harmony

It has long been known that a well-maintained environment with a common style and color gamut is able to influence a person's well-being and emotional state. Each skilfully organized public outdoor space, where one can be alone, relaxing on a daily basis, or vice versa with his / her family and friends, is very important both visually and functionally.

In the heart of Singapore, a nice promenade was created. The 4.9 km long promenade consists of footpaths, footbridges, awnings, jetties stretching out into the ocean, which overlooks the port berths with boats, yachts, a bridge reminiscent of a wave of the sea from the shore. At night, it looks particularly beautiful in colorful lights.

But LOOK Architects has taken care of the promenade to get a modern departure from the classic landscape architecture.

The public toilet is a special architectural element - the trapezoidal aluminum panels used in the decoration of the facade are adorned with various ornaments that create interesting luminaries under the influence of sunlight.

Instead of a body of water and a skyline, it seems like the promenade is endless and the morning race or sunset will never end. This part of the city allows its visitors to dream, to have a peaceful moment or to sink into their memories.

The garden, as a natural island around the promenade, also speaks of harmony, unity with nature, and positively influences a person's physical health and mental state.
